just back from the Empire Damansara SOHO 2 VP.

summary: workmanship not really impressive. A lot defects need to be fixed. overall i like the Toilet at mezzanine floor.

and i like the sharing lobby of odd and even floor. there is small hanging around area. you need the access card to access your floor only. at floor 28,29,30 confirmed with a Skybar where renovation in progress.

I just received a call from my bank, telling me that there is complication for my loan.They telling me, that ED is under commercial title, and my loan is for residential title.

I already sign off the office letter months ago. Now they ask me to resubmit in the document because commercial title have different document and maximum loan only 80%?

in you case most likely you need to resubmit your document or change. commercial title is only allow loan up to 85%.


you didnt check document during the purchase is under commercial title as well?
