how to make a complaint over Digi?

i just want to know how to make complaint over Digi. I'm so distressed and pissed off with them now, i need to make a complaint.. I've deal with their cust service officers n they r not helpful at all.. any other channel that i can make a complain?? thanks in advance...

Make the reports first then if no improvement get back to MCMC with the copy of your reports to DIGI

not using DIGI anymore.. i dun know if i'm entitled to complain wo.. i'm just extremely not happy with their service and the negligence of DIGI.
i went to their DIGI PAVILION to terminate line. i paid everything including the penalty for modem but turns out the line still active when i receive my bill. not only they charge me full amount for the monthly charges, they even charge me additional RM15 for the modem.
it's been a week already, n in total i made 3 calls to 3 different officers. all their common reply is, "we lodge complaint for u to billing dept edy", "we need to wait feedback from DIGI PAVILION". "it takes 2-3 working days for a feedback". why cant they just rectify the error coz obviously it's their mistake!!

Go to digi at subang high-tech park lot 10 and make ur complaint, that's the hq, call center are only outsource agent.

Anyone knows knows or tried before? have tried cfm before and its working my tm line problem for months and no solution after report to cfm, they help me push tm till the problem solved but make sure you report your problem to digi first and get ur report number put it on your complain so that they know you have already try to consult with them and also cc your email to digi too (if using email)

I tried to call customer service for the past 3 hours. Everytime the voice message will say they are experiencing high traffic and just end the call automatically.
Can even reach to digi cs. Anybody facing this?

I sent them several e-mails and one on Oct, they replied on Nov. I replied immediately and until now, no response.
I think we must bring up this issue to public to get them aware.
About the hotline, I frustrated too when you waited and then told you to call back or contact them using alternative channel and hanged up your call.

Very slow internet connection while their tagline is guaranteed internet speed with new network or something. Slow~~~~ was thinking to make a complaint but i think there is no effective way hur.....
