my friend different case its TM he didn't get the net fixed but bills are coming for 3-5 months still, and he just ignore it
actually they got different departments de la, and those agents talking to u they're just some teenage people working for the company, all they know is to tell the script words provided by companies and if there's any problem all they can do is make a report for u
