 how to make a complaint over Digi?

i just want to know how to make complaint over Digi. I'm so distressed and pissed off with them now, i need to make a complaint.. I've deal with their cust service officers n they r not helpful at all.. any other channel that i can make a complain?? thanks in advance...

not using DIGI anymore.. i dun know if i'm entitled to complain wo.. i'm just extremely not happy with their service and the negligence of DIGI.

i went to their DIGI PAVILION to terminate line. i paid everything including the penalty for modem but turns out the line still active when i receive my bill. not only they charge me full amount for the monthly charges, they even charge me additional RM15 for the modem.

it's been a week already, n in total i made 3 calls to 3 different officers. all their common reply is, "we lodge complaint for u to billing dept edy", "we need to wait feedback from DIGI PAVILION". "it takes 2-3 working days for a feedback". why cant they just rectify the error coz obviously it's their mistake!!
