Added on October 15, 2010, 10:52 pmGuys Im thinking of NTT datnoid and juruense catfish.. catfish will eat datnoid?

Added on October 15, 2010, 11:28 pm@joshua>> im interested in anything that is rare, exotic, ancient fish better and from the MAZON, wat hav u got excpet the ones listed?
*
Depending on the size of your catfishes mouth and also the length of ur datnoid bro.. datnoids are shy and slow swimmers, if the size u obtain is small. chances of being eaten will be pretty high! lol

ok fishes from amazon. i have discus, altum angels, predatory characins like wolf fishes, dog characin, and then brachyplatystoma cats, rare plecos, cichla. many more.
from congo river i have GATF, VATF, lungfishes etc.. the rare ones are GATF and VATF! very high demand!!! and its a must buy for all rare fish keepers!

Added on October 16, 2010, 11:32 amBefore i go for fish hunting,

yup tongue.gif

u have any fishes in your pond? lets say japanese koi? can mix though.
seriously these tigers dont act like the piranhas.. they wont snap your fingers off. they are not ferocious, just that the way they grab preys and chewing them bite by bite is terrifying.

another video of (owner diving in to record) plenty of rare fish (including bichirs, datnoids, african tigers, cichlas and some rare monster cats!) in pond.. CHECK OUT HIS COLLECTION!! drool.gif

Added on October 16, 2010, 1:07 pmhey guys i nid some tips...

for 6'x4'x3' fiberglass tank should I choose black or white colour? and substrate i would like to use the cheapest kind of sand possible which I presume its normal light brown sand so should i buy black or white?
*
Slowly decide la Ben.. hehe..

btw, for the fiberglass tank, what kinda fish u planning to keep inside?

i kept my hoplias intermedius in a 4feet fiber tank, with 3 asian arowanas which he doesnt really like it even if i provide him lots of PVC pipes to hide.

well.. it depends on setup also, since your planning to add in light brown sand.. i would say go for the WHITE ones.. easier to sell it off also if u decide not to use the fiber tank anymore laugh.gif

wow how many tanks do you have??? Since Im stocking one tank only so its quite a challenge.. if its multiple tanks ill choose many many fish which is easier tongue.gif

African arowana looks nice... doing some research on it now...

Added on October 17, 2010, 1:09 pmHow much are cichla temensis, Armatus, african aro and wat is the cheapest stingray u have?

Added on October 17, 2010, 1:59 pmand how much is shipping of the fish? interested on importing some too.... And im only 15 tongue.gif legal for me to import fish?
*
African arowana are NOT like normal asian or south american arowana. they dont prey on fishes. so.. do some homework bro.. hehe..

c.temensis i have large specimen only, h.armatus expect RM500 and above (rare and highly priced fish), h.niloticus need to check, cheapest stingray i have full-spotted chain-ring black motoro (p.motoro), RM270, 6 inch disc + long tail..

shipping fishes? lol. minimum USD150 will be gone tansporting these guys over by plane ONLY! Plus all the highly priced rare fish, DOA around 10% might be more if from other non generous exporter, sometimes even 90% DOA. Lots of documentation to be done, approval from fishery department before u can think of imports. So do the maths and you will know why Malaysia have less than i would dare to say.. 2% of ultra rare-fish importers? lol. Yet many of the fish keepers says, "Why so expensive one?" (which ppl did not think of where our Ringgit Malaysia stands in trading).... "I rather buy asian arowana!"... etc etc.. Therefore after so many years, we're all still stucked at this level of fish keeping.
Guppies (not higher range Moscow Black, Full red albino etc), discus (not even heckel, wild variant), goldfishes, arowana (african arowana?), common barbs, characins (payara, wolf fishes?) common cats (red-tail cats only??) and all the ciplak fishes only =.= shakehead.gif

Added on October 18, 2010, 11:50 pm

is that green spotted puffer fish . NVR MIX THAT f***ER WITH ANYTHING !
Puffer vs arowana 10 times bigger than him = arowana lose

Puffer vs HUGE bandaraya fish = huge bandaraya fish gg

Puffer vs Huge cray fish = broken arm and death

My damn bloody watersnake is sked of puffer .
*
Aba aba.. hmm... Kepong Kin Fatt Aquarium stock them.. RM25-30 if not mistaken. check it out..

and some info for the Dragon worm goby (Gobioides broussonetti). I brought in a few before RM90 per fish, 7 inch size.

user posted image

Haha.. and ur right with that Takifugu ocellatus puffer fish..
Guys take note.. this puffer CANNOT com with any fishes except for their own species.. The puffer lovers will love this fish due to the way they behave.. it's "cute"..
it wont kill your fish (unless its smaller than him) this fishes are extremely bad ass.. they like ripping of any fishes fins.. so DO NOT mix with any fish! DO NOT catch them with bare hands.. 1 bite will send you straight to hell..

Added on October 20, 2010, 11:14 amok... after asking few people here's a rough price of the fish im planning to get..

African aro- RM300
Juruense catfish- RM150-180
Motoro ray- RM270
Lungfish- RM100
Cichla something still dunno tongue.gif
NTT datnoid- RM25

That totals upto more than RM800.. holy where am i gonna get that sum of money in 2 months TnT
*
Ben here's some information for u.

if u like gold colour...
go for c.kelberi.. if u like gold with blue-ish refection go for c.orinocensis..
the common ones are c.temensis and c.monoculus..
information obtain from my supplier smile.gif

c.kelberi large one can fetch price as high as USD250 medium about USD150 (marketprice).. easy to sell at this price somore! applies to other countries..

to sell in such fish msia?? i dont know if it works!
many will reply "adult cichla in msia only RM30+ la.." "good luck on ur sale" bla bla bla.. whatsoever..

so please ppl! if u think ur fishy knowledge is damn hell of a good.. go travel around the world b4 u even dare to reply! look at the japanese, taiwan and US market.. look at the fishes ppl are keeping over there. many are wild caught exotic fish! price were indeed high as i could imagine!
do some research first and stop having the mind set of (i can get cheaper fish out there) before knowing the origin of the fish, species, collection area etc etc!

yes wild fishes should be cheap because collectors can just collect anytime they like.. but bear in mind that places like Amazon are just totally dangerous. there are caymans, predator fishes like piranhas, water snakes etc.. and it's called "risk"!

we are falling back due to price sensitivity... just here to share information to those who wanna know more.

cheers!

Added on October 21, 2010, 3:37 pmA long list of ultra rare fish for today!

noted.... u seem to be able to source as well,

goliath 9-10" , got to check availability but expect above 2k (i know its expensive but small ones drop easily.. well, at least in my previous experience
armatus 6-8" RM350
Tataunia 8-9" RM280 (since i offer akidos this price, offer you this price as well)
airmara will let u know got stock or not..
tigrinum 5"-8" ard Rm400-Rm600 depending on pattern and size.. i think now no stock
ahhh.... altums... any specific size?
L46.. size? male and female? btw, 1pcs confirmed male and 1 pcs confirmed female going for ard RM1300

anything else, you can contact me thru number on sig..
also available, gulper cat, flavicans cat, rainbow wolf..

cichlas, rays, L-numbers, aro, and etc can be sourced if given time...

apistos, central americans, malawi, tanganyika cichlids too.....

crayfish, shrimps, crabs and hermits also got.....

exotic pets also can get.... you name it, i try to my very best to get it...

Added on October 23, 2010, 10:11 pm

i know you not ready to buy.... thats why never get back to you... please understand price change with time... to prevent misunderstanding, best to call and enquire when you are ready to purchase to i can quote accordingly...

icon_rolleyes.gif  also salminus maxillosus very hard to get now...

what i mean by hard to get is, hard to get nice specimens... like nice fins, not crooked ones...

i'm a very fussy person, if its not up to the quality, i simply wont get it.. if u get anything from me, i assure quality.. some time, my price will be higher, but u pay extra for quality... i get something with crooked fins and such, no one buys, i rugi big time... also, i sell quality stuff, ppl also return la..

if you are not a person who demands quality leh, then i'm not the person you are seeking for... laugh.gif

anyway Ben, you are getting hooked big time... i can tell....ahhahahahaha
*
some of ur price were indeed much much higher and some lower as well..
doesnt matter.. like you have said.. depending on time and season which i greatly agree with on these rare species.

instead of comparing prices. why now u and i look for own source and serve the demand right here.. haha..
cheers!
