if u think u have been overcharged, dial 123 or go to their centre to complain.. most probably cant be solved in the first time.. but eventually, after few complaints and one or two months later, normally they (Maxis) would offer a solution---> rebate/discount/adjustment.. just my own experience.. 
i hve called 123, asked them to explain BUT the CS personnel wasnt "capable" of answering my query.Will be going to Maxis TTDI during lunch to see the outcome...
