its the 2nd month, 1st month was only 65mb usage...

i hve called 123, asked them to explain BUT the CS personnel wasnt "capable" of answering my query.
Will be going to Maxis TTDI during lunch to see the outcome...

so is maxis mobile internet right?

the max they can charge u is RM250 confirm~

yes was using mobile interrnet.... Im disputing their charge of Rm250..

this is the 2nd month i using the mobile internet (RM18 for 100MB package). the experience is horrible...my phone had been cut twice due to over credit limit because my one only have RM150 limit.

i complain through 123, and the operator ask me to pay 80% of my unbilled amount then only they able to increase my limit. i ask him, it is better for me to increase my credit limit to RM1000 since i plan to use the 100MB. At the end he only able to activate back my service.

then i complain on the way how they calculate the bill on ppl who subscribe the data package through email. i get a call from maxis again. this time she tell me they are working on 100mb reach notification and still in progress. i telling her that with current limit, i will not able to reach 100mb at all. she tell me the most she can help is to increase my limit to 200. then i ask her back what is the point u let ur customer apply for 100mb but get interrupted from time to time. she answer me u wont always use ur data >.<|||

kek sim...now i was heavily considering digi smart plan lite even though at my area only have edge
