haiz my phone keep let maxis take away my money

already follow instruction off all data and install apndroid
y still like tis T.T

IMO, just get a data plan, instead losing all your credit

and anybody know how to off the gprs/data thing to prevent money been taken away by telco ?

have you try this:

Settings / Wireless & networks / Mobile networks / Data enabled (uncheck it to disable 3G/GPRS/EDGE)

at there i disable all things and just tick use only 2g networks
but the access points names must choose one,so i choose maxis 3g wap

it supposed to be untick

and connect my phone
and pc can't detect phone
how ??
but i can c my phone memory card things

Try create a new APN.
Give it a name, Any name will do.
Set it as your default APN.

No more data charge after that. BUT ....

you will end up with - No MMS, Internet by WIFi only

anyway I just flashed prime over void last night and so far got better stability. going to stick with this rom for a while

hi users, now that you guys have the phone for a while...can i get some review / feedback on 2 things:
1. General responsiveness - opening a congested phonebook, opening the sms app, calendar etc?
2. SMS speed / accuracy vs a conventional T9, and vs a E71?

I've tried my bro's HTC desire, using 2.2 Froyo and swype, its quite responsive and fast even in SMS. i'm a bit worried that with the lower res and smaller screen it may be a problem for 1 handed usage in SMS.

using swype is not a problem with o2, i believe the user experience will be the same like desire for sms. 600 mhz is more than enough to handle phonebook,sms and calender, and i'll throw in evernote for ur note taking and voice recording.
