it's located inside the LGPCSuite installer folder...i am not in front of my pc now, can't help u to locate it

Hey guys, got a question.
Apparently the red LG O1 I got is already updated to 2.2.1, which means I can't root it using z4root. (boo) I'm going to flash it back to a version that is able to be rooted soon, but my questions is... What would happen to the apps and everything if i flash it to an older firmware? i try to do custom recovery..but when im done using the terminal emulator, my O1 auto shutdown and than starting from beginning..(asking for languange..like new phone)..and all my app is gone..and also all my sms..so how to continue to install custom recovery?
