How to differentiate between US and MY account ya? Any difference in it? How to register for US / MY?
How to differentiate? The MY Itunes is lousy, the US/UK iTunes is awesome

Seriously though, there's entire sections missing from the local iTunes store (free movie/tv show promos, iTunes U, etc etc). I tried using the MY iTunes, but it was too lousy so I got 2 extra accounts, in the US and UK. Here's what you'll need:
A valid address for the UK/US/wherever you want to get an account
- for me, I used the address of friends in New York and London (hey, valid what

)
Billing information
- normally this is a credit card, but they only accept local (for example US iTunes will want US-registered) cards. I bought a free app, and created a new iTunes account from there
I have friends in the UK and the US, and I get them to buy iTunes cards for me (its like a reload card for the iTunes/App stores), and I transfer the cash to their banks.
So, like this, I can get :
-- exclusive content only released in a certain region (for example, only the US iTunes has got some Google apps, that you can't even find it on UK store
-- promos/other freebies that are only on the iTunes store overseas
-- discounts/sales that are only for the US market (especially for things like St Patrick's Day, 4th of July, etc which isn't celebrated much elsewhere)
-- buy apps/music/etc as soon as they're released on iTunes US/UK
For me, this is much much better than the MY account, and I can get the most out of my iPad. But you will need to have contacts overseas la, or else it's pointless, you can get free content only
