guys, i think my m11x is having problem.

when it start up, it display a a screen telling me that the laptop cant recognise the battery and cant charge it up.

but when the computer is running, it shows that the battery is 100% fully charged & plugged in.

can you choose to use direct current instead of battery? if yes, choose that option first and choose to use battery after that. lets see if your battery level reduced from 100% to below.

it quite a hassle for this kind of problem to M11x since their battery is non-removable... sweat.gif

i used current, then the battery level not reduced. then i use battery, the level reduced like normal-baterry-use, and when i put the charger back on, its not charging.. cry.gif cry.gif

When it comes to something like this where the issue might be a connection internally i'll normally call Dell TECH. Else maybe a bios update might help...

well, call as julchin said, try a bios update see, it might helps. or u can try call dell see. i gone through this issue before, i tried reformat the laptop, then it solved....

Saw this unit in LowYatt last year. I did think it has a pretty awesome looking case. Alienware's is pretty streamline but with lotsa hidden stuff around the case and not to mention the changing colours. This one just screams at you. But after using a couple of ACER products i'm never going back...

Alienware i own M11x-R2(Using), M15x(Using), M17x-R2(Using), Acer, i own Acer Aspire 6920G/6935G, Asus i own G51VX-A1(SOLD), G73JH-A1(SOLD), Apple i own Macbook pro 15"(Using now)
