Based on the user manual, the video file formats supported are avi, mkv, wmv, mp4, mpg and mpeg. I have not tried them except for mp4 from my Sanyo camcorder and AVCHD file from my Sony camcorder. For Sony AVCHD files, need to change the file extension from mts or m2ts to mp4 before they are recognised.

i found some prob when playing back certain mkv files.
some of the file the DTS sound gets cut off intermittenly,
then certain mkv file gets hang then stop playing, but plays smoothly on pc.
any1 having this problem?

I only got few MKV files, but all play nicely without problem.

@ronaldkwok, thanks for the tips on playback mts or m2ts file, going to try today after back from work.

Others format I did try, working fine... include avi - DivX format only (XviD not working - even the spec said work, but I try all fail), mp4 & wmv.


But, XviD title fail on me. The rest is ok. (I am using latest firmware)
