New employer asking for my latest payslips, wondering on why ?

Also because my company is expanding like crazy. I think once this slow down then most probably rules will tighten. This is normal actually cause if you are new and expanding, you need to pay top dollar to get talent. |

Some companies HR has the final say. So it really varies. And if HR has final say, then I guess u really stuck with talents that pay little |
