Not sure..i think it might be some Bumi lot. According to the salesperson there is about 20 units left. Hopefully I can get a good option among that 20.

I think it has a lot to do with the MNCs that is coming. I work in data centre company..there are a lot of data centre coming up in CBJ. And there is more and more MNCs coming to Malaysia due to the NKEA initiatives.

Other contributing factor will be the few policy including the new one which allows professional expatriate to have 5 years work permit with option to transfer companies in Malaysia without getting new permit.

there are some units left I think due to buyers' loan not being approved.... the price has increased though.... all units increased by RM20k.....

I bought a 22nd floor unit at 330k... lowest floor should be under 300k.... even after the 20k price hike I doubt it's 320k.....

I ringed up Dpulze ventures last week and they told me lowest floor 565 sqft unit base price revised to 320K. 2 blocks 98 % sold. Really?

i think the sales man know how much qua... if not how they can tell the propspect to invest... RM800? RM900? RM1000?

yeah it's true.... almost all units are taken already..... rental is projected at around RM1300....

They tot so many investor willing to pay that price? 320k, installment about RM 1.8k provided BLR stay. Include maintenance about 2K .... anyone student willing to pay 2k for 565 sqft?? With so many condo in cyberjaya are going to be ready in 2013 and 2014 ... the arc, , dpluze, the place, garden plaze, serin, domain 2 and 3, shaftfury, mirage (different league maybe) ... plus existing condos .... sweat.gif ... got that kind of demand meh in 2 or 3 years time?

Need at least 1.6k to 1.7k rental to cover ... If alot of foreigner come to work and stay in cyberjaya ... Maybe can make it ...
