In total Wong said there are three blocks of apartments but at present only A and B which has 505 units in total were put for sale.
“The third block will look similar to A and B but with a different concept,
“We are thinking of making it more sophisticated as it has only 150 units in it, but it is still in its early planning stage and will go on sale next year,” said Wong at their launch recently.
The built up area for the Studio is 453 sq ft while the one bedroom unit and the two bedroom unit for the first two blocks are 558sq ft and 676 sq ft respectively.
Wong said once completed residents would have taste of living in luxury and do not have to worry about lonely weekends anymore.
“They can shop, watch movies and dine here without driving to somewhere further,” said Wong.
He adds that public transport was also easily available given its strategic location as buses to Petaling Jaya, Seremban and Kuala Lumpur was just a walk away.
