Did you install android sdk. Google for it and download it and install on computerAdded on November 12, 2010, 11:50 am QUOTE(brucesss @ Nov 12 2010, 05:45 AM) ok so can i do this Once your phone is hspl , no more warranty. You can restore back to original rom by flashing from sd card and the hspl will be removed. All these steps are at forum xda hd2 rom development. The link is in post 1 here.cucuk back my hd2 ori winmo rom then install any version of android and boot from memory card Added on November 12, 2010, 5:49 ambtw if hspl is install when i flash back to normal rom must i redo hspl and will it woid the warranty? If you restore official rom, you have to redo hspl3 to flash new windows rom and android roms. This post has been edited by benny888: Nov 12 2010, 11:50 AM |

if u prerably using Android than winmo platform, I suggest go for a dedicate Android devices like Desire,
but choose between HTC Desire & HD2, I'll pickup HD2 because I still want to use Winmo, QUOTE(CRSSER @ Nov 12 2010, 12:49 AM) cucuk ape ? can describe your rom & radio version ? sense > settings > software information/ hardware information Your winmo rom is intact, the Android not touching the main system, its only stay in your memory card. QUOTE(CRSSER @ Nov 12 2010, 09:07 PM) sorry to hear that you lost your phone. Iif i were to get a new phone, i will go for desire hd and will not get HD2. After porting my hd2 with android froyo, i have believe android will dominate mobile market like palm use to dominate in handheld market years ago. i have now fully transfer all my old files like memo and equivalent softwares from palm OS to WM6.5 and now to android froyo. If you gonna use only the android OS, why border wm6.5?? get a proper android phone, you will have better battery life, new htc sense that have extra features. At least you don't have to pray like HD2 users ported with android to wait for modifications on new HTC desire HD rom that have full functional camera on HD2. |

finally i managed to settle the hd2 at first try. its a lot more difficult than dealing with the i900.
hspl 3 was easy. 1 click. flashed the radio, 1 click. flash chuckydroid kosong rom, 1 klik. copied mdj rev, 1 klik. |

brucess,
have u latest official rom ? someone in XDA able to running android without HSPL & custom roms, search for HD2 sdcard flashing method, its a safe way, incase you worried bricking CRSSER well I put my reason why I pick HD2 over Desire Desire small screen screen than HD2, HD2 running Android on par performance with Evo 4G, HD2 has the same screen dimension like Desire HD, same TFT and battery capacity, One thing I dont like Desire HD, it has awkward battery latch, the memory & sim cover has GAP when closing it and the most critical one HD2 is lot cheaper than Evo 4G, Desire & Desire HD, This post has been edited by enCORe: Nov 13 2010, 02:20 PM |
