LoL .. as expected laugh.gif
HTC Sense somekind of drug, its not just cosmetic beauty the onscreen function is very usable brows.gif ,

QUOTE(jacksonywl @ Jan 18 2011, 01:07 PM)
Not yet. Wait till a really cool Sense build or that I find it necessary, then I will jump back. For now, I will enjoy Gingerbread till it fails me, which I think it will, at some point. For example, when I really need to use GPS frequently, I will have to forfeit Gingerbread cause of its instability.

Added on January 18, 2011, 9:06 pmSad to say, but proud to announce, I am back to Desire HD, I am back to Sense!

Gingerbread is cool. Gingerbread is fast, but it just couldn't beat Sense in my opinion. Too long without Sense and I just couldn't take it anymore!

So, I am back!

I could live without it if some dev can build apps that can match with Sense, like maybe an app that can make your fb sync properly with contact books etc, but no. Dont have T___T

No problem with mine though. DHD Rafdroid. Sync perfectly! That could just be the build you were using.

But requiring sdcard for updates is fussy at all,but does is support increment kernel or system file updates

QUOTE(edan1979 @ Jan 21 2011, 06:31 PM)
i found out that updating using clockwork is easier...

whoknow88
Are u using WP7 rom ?
U need to jaibreak to make HD2 identify to HD7, then you need 25 activation key to get approve by server (as HD7 devices), Im still stuck to jailbreak ... which mean I'll come back to android soon doh.gif , the only thing I like is 1280x720 camcorder (720p REC) and uber smooth browsing experience. The most thing I hate is the Zune integration like iCrap-tunes thing.. shakehead.gif shaits

Get the activation codes then u can sign to live services & marketplace smile.gif
XDA Developers - HD2 WP7 Forum

psstt.. I got the activation code last night (via chat method) tongue.gif , will keep for future use tongue.gif thumbup.gif

xander
HD2 still high value due 3 'major OS support' , this might keep retailer & seller jacking the price , RM1.3k .. banyak tuu wink.gif

hengmy ,
lotsa thread in xda dev mention on how to get the codes, I couldnt point directly coz is not 'exactly legal' .. err tongue.gif

whoknow,
Getting WP7 activation is troublesome, Jaibreak demand a 3gb wp7 SDK which make away for jailbreak it, hence back to android. Get any of "ClockworkMod" rom for easy increment updates.

Hengmas
You cannot use the OTA updates, it was mention for original devices which has embed with original rom, attempting update might broke the rom itself.

Im waiting for Gingerbread with sense or perhaps Gingerbread DHD version brows.gif

QUOTE(jacksonywl @ Jan 26 2011, 08:01 PM)
Nope. I am talking about the message, contact pic etc sync to the phonebook. I wont call it almighty, but its kind of cool. For me =)

So far, my DHD rom is working fine. Yes I used gingerbread before and it is uber fast, but for now its not yet the time to fully switch to gingerbread, for me

@jackscon
Seriously ? drool.gif
sound convincing, but hows the battery drain issue ? isnt recalling files from SD consume more power than loading from nand eh?
I never had a chance on CWM method.. zip updating success but never boots rclxub.gif , ..so I can't enjoy any CWM method for a while sad.gif
does 'updating success' mean error free ?

ahchong,
so u using the SD MAGLDR method ? (boot AD from SD) Im suggesting to use the Nand version for better expirience thumbup.gif

This is my tested beween Dandiest 3.4 SD MAGLDR vs Dandiest NAND,
2325 mark for Dandiest SD build
user posted image

1337 mark for Dandiest Nand build
user posted image

I got high score on SD build but still have some delay or lagger. Score means nothing to me, becoz in Nand mode the responsiveness is smooth..,,,

I mean damn smooth laugh.gif
