Im gonna skip for 4.1 & 4.2, I think 3.4 still better. Rumour mention Gingerbread for HTC (with Sense) might available half of the year.

If you can bored with sense then youre lucky, I was brainwash to use it coz it has consistent widget with skin\theme color .
Actually the only make u bored is to finding consistent DHD build. QUOTE(jacksonywl @ Mar 2 2011, 08:28 PM) Been using Rafdroid HD for awhile and starting to get bored with the slow speed again.. I am thinking of Gingerbread-ing again! eNCore, remind me again what is so nice of Sense? Because per daily use I am finding less and less purpose of using Sense! I do want to have FB picture sync to Gingerbread, not sure if it is workable though.. |

Jakcson, so far FASTEST by my preferences... (full nand on TMous)
Desire HD base rom = Dandiest DesireHD 1.3S > CMYLXGO latest> Rafdroid Desire Z base rom = Dandiest Desire 3.4 > Imilka Vision 4.1 By kernel = Rafpigna > Gauner Im suggesting Dandiest build Full nand since youre with TMous... without ext3/ext4. Notification 1.3 is good, others Im using LEDme know This post has been edited by enCORe: Mar 3 2011, 08:38 PM |

Dandiest speed is a little snappier than others, animation clock flip has smooth animation, smooth animation transition & scrolling. The only issue with Dandiest build was bugs likes in DL-Z 4.2 has sync error and, DL-HD 1.3s has USB transfer issue. Desire Z rom still faster than Desire HD but u should try both
Getting rom in full nand is a lot better than running EXT3 / EXT4. Iv evaluating and test myself, using EXT3/EXT4 will gain higher mark but lag and delay with DHD base rom. No matter higher class SDHC, full nand is alot better. This post has been edited by enCORe: Mar 4 2011, 08:43 AM |

@TehWateva
u might try other build, some build has network problem, check for update or patches @jackson Dandiest DL Desire Z best is 3.4, dont go for 3.5 coz it has high battery drain, the latest one 4.2 has google sync error. Remain space for TMous is 600mb, squashed rom but very fast. Recommended 3.4 without EXT3/4 Dandiest DL Desire HD best speed so far is 1.3s, but it has usb transfer error. Remain space around 500mb for TMous. Im not recommended yet but u might impressive when try it. Considering which sibling is faster, Desire Z (or so call hybrid HDZ) was mean for 800mhz on actual devices. While Desire HD was mean for 1Ghz cpu. By this mean Desire Z is lighter than Desire HD. However when I tested with Dandiest 1.3s ... speed almost the same (which is FAST dude!) |

get the full packages 3.4, no patch needed and install with DFT mode, u can remove your sdcard (if ext present) this would avoid use of ext3 partition (for TMous version) on 1st setup, no need patch, 3.4 packages almost perfect. @brucess got pictures ? Yup led me know abit consume battery, try slower the blink.
Im now reflashing Dandiest HD 1.3s. Battery standby better than DesireZ 3.4 & 4.2, usb transfer is now working, LED indicator is working , so need LEDmeknow not necessary! Standby on night (3G) consume 3-4% battery, |

@xcen
Lots of people is xda forum saying EXT4 is faster than EXT3, but actaully its depends sdcard speed. The EXT partition is continuation for internal memory for program installation @aircheh Get started with the old SD version, download, extract, copy paste. XDA > HD2 Leo > Android > SD |

Iv playing with the Rafpigna Rafdroid 4, quite fast but will have youtube view flash problem. But Im now using the Dandiest DL 4.3x (superinit), which is fast than Raf 4. VAST speed improvement, sorta Desire HD base rom speed like stock Desire! @xcen Why dont u make partition using actual software Minitool Home Partition or AESUS Master partition ? The most criticial issue for DHD base rom is, EXT partition requirements. Higher Class SD card is recommended, This post has been edited by enCORe: Mar 10 2011, 06:56 PM |

I suggest to apply manual brigtness from auto backlight. So far Rafroid 4.0.2 is very good, battery standby on night consume 3% only. |

R U using SD winmo build ? Im using full nand magldr build which result lower battery consume. btw, before that my radio is 2.15 right before install MAGLDR, 2.08 has strong signal, 2.12 or 2.14 has best battery, while 2.15 balance on both which is more recommended for android compatiblity. kazuhito no yet dead hehe, HD2 users enjoy more than native android devices outhere, |

U must installed official rom back 1st to get winmo back. DO NOT installed custom rom coz its not come with radio rom. Goto XDAdevelopers > HD2 > Winmo 6.5 development, with latest official rom, 3.14 xxx something, flash in bootloader mode (tricolor screen) Ongdennis, The battery consumption less than 7% per-night is normal. Over that could be instability kernel (or build) |
