Yes, I have reported to him on Friday. Just tried again just now but still not working. Please help, most of my files are coming from Hotfile.

If I buy another package now but my existing package not yet expired, does it create another package that runs parallel with my current package or does it extend my package upon expiry?

Because I only want it to start after my expiry and also for the next quarter I wanna get a higher package. Kindly advise.

No it doesn't run parallel. Each package is independent and does not complement another service. However, you may buy 2xRG-UP packs (but not Donator, Bronze, Gold and Trial) and you will be sent TWO different logins which you may use independently. For example, if you already have an RG-UP package, you may buy another to give your friend (our system will send you a UNIQUE username and password).

like last month problem. why did ur system block me say i havent pay??? of coz havent pay la coz it gonna start pay today. the 1st time i use ur service is on 16th so next time paypal gona deduct my account of coz on 16th also.

last month i already voice my suggestion to only block my access if payment havent being made by paypal in 1-2 days after 16th. like dis im gona rage la coz facing da same problem like last month.

if its so hard for u to manage the paypal account. just announce to stop da payment system using paypal la.

thanks for unblocking me. hope u can reset my due date to 16th of each month to prevent problem like this again. sorry if my words abit harsh since i really need to use ur service last nite.
