deposit file and filefactory generated link but it cannot be downloaded? Yesterday can download but today can't

Why Daily Bandwidth Allowed for "hotfile" less and less? Previously in 450GB, now 150GB

Hi lwk523,I want to ask why my download speed can't until to maximum speed? Is it server got problem or something else?

This two days, my speed for morning is 35kbps++, then afternoon and evening 15kbps++,so can help me or not?
