Download from megashares is really slow, below 100KB/s. Other host can get 400KB/s.

yesterdays problem occur again bro.. what is happening? is someone try to hack rapidgen or the server has some problem? hurm...

I have the problem whereby I hardly receive data from the server. It seems to have hiccups every second. I'm using for Hotfile links.

Added on January 8, 2012, 2:22 pmOK, still. The file needs to run for approx 5 minutes only it goes well. Else, it has hiccups in between.

this happen to me all the time
even with filesonic or wupload
sometimes it will stopped and then cant resume anymore, or i have to wait for the file to expired and generate again coz sometime im getting 4kb

I wish to clarify the above situation.

Note that Wupload and Filesonic are the same. They use a common system and that is the reason you face this issue with those two filehosts.

This issue is down to them to fix . There is nothing much we can do on our side unfortunately. However, please note that the majority of the time it work just fine.

What you can do IF you get this issue is to (if you are using IDM), copy the GENERATED link ---> Go to IDM ---> right click on the download and choose properties ---> Paste the generated link in the "Address" box ---> Resume.

@last night "Filesize" not found. It was because they changed their script. We already fixed the issue after a couple of hours. I would like to point out we were the first gen to fix it and that on a Saturday night. Just to show you how we care for our members.

Please kindly note that this issue is from Megashares itself not on our side. We tested it.

We regularly test our servers and ditch those which are slow/faulty.

I just did a test and i got 19mb/s from MU and 12mb/s from FileSonic.

So much downtime/database/unable to generate links issues this few days

i only get this prob just now....last nite works fine.... i hope they fix it

This is a host issue. We already contacted our hosting provider. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please be patient. Its not as if we want our server to be down. I hope you understand that this is IT, and problems may occur.

Please do not open any ticket about the issue. We already contacted our host and we should be back online soon.

Hi all, I just new to this Rapidgen since 6-Jan. I found out that there is a lot of PROBLEM for me to use this rapidgen. Let me share my problem:

1. Filesonic, wupload, netload and Fileserve.
I have tried a lot of time for want to generate the download link from this servers, however all failed.

2. Support is not really respond for my problem.
I have contact the lz who is lwk523 for my problem via MSN. On the half way, he is away from conversation. I tot he is solving the problem and will get back to me. But after 1 day, there is not update from him.

3. Rapidgen website not stable.
I can't even access this website on 8-Jan. after i read the post here, only knew the website is down. I hope at least a short notification or message will put on the website which mention the website is under maintenance.

I knew maybe i just new to this services, but this is just my feedback since i using it this 3 days. I really hope there is an implementation plan for this.
