QUOTE(petlu28 @ Jun 11 2012, 02:22 PM) Between i just call CS check regarding Itemised Bill. They say even already register Itemised Bill the monthly bill still RM118. Different with our postpaid mobile Itemised Bill. Can anyone try clarified this matter? Thanks The CS is half true.... Maxis FTTH package comes with TWO[2] bills1. Fibre Internet bill @ RM118 without 6% Govt Tax 2. VoIP Voice bill subject to 6% Govt Tax + Itemized Bill RM5

QUOTE(petlu28 @ Jun 11 2012, 02:33 PM) Ronnie, Do you have do the Itemised Bill too? As i know if VoIP call didn't exceed the 6% didn't charge right. This are info from current subscribers...not me. If you don't exceed the FREE mins, there won't be 6% Govt Tax charge on the VoIP Voice bill

petlu28 .... please use the correct notation 850KB/s is different from 850kb/s
850KB/s = 6.8Mbps (possibly your area has alot of users)

Some of those Maxis CS are pure "idiots"... always call back a few times to reconfirm again.

QUOTE(IntensiveBytes @ Jun 17 2012, 10:19 PM) Bros anyone know when do you think Maxis will implement their 100GB quota? Before when Unifi was still quite new their "unlimited quota until further notice" lasted for how long? can estimate when maxis will implement the quota? or does it depend on most of their customer's usage? and also if lets say we use all our quota, the speed will throttle till what speed? TM Unifi is still "unlimited" till further notice. When TM starts the quota, Maxis will follow suit.
