If you are maxis mobile customer call 123 then CS will do for you.

I think unifi coverage until level 3 only. so you need wait.

When Home Fiber sales dept calling you they should email to you the leaflet, application form & acknoledgement form.

you just call 123 then press Maxis Home (6) if not mistake.

At www.maxis.com.my/help/contact_us.asp
there's a number for Broadband but not for Home. So I think 1800 82 1123 and 123 should be the number.

Like this you need call 24/7 Hotline: 1800 82 1123. Then Maxis Home Fiber have 150 min call IF you using maxis mobile line.

Private IP? Any different with Public IP & Private IP?

I hear installer say if launch already they will contact us to install it. Now they are still testing now.
