That means after finish install the Maxis Home we need go TM point or cancel before installation done?
QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Jun 3 2012, 10:30 AM) You will need to walk in and submit your cancellation request, there is no auto cancel. Just like older days, when you have other telco operator mobile line and you want to get a new Maxis line, you will need to go to your previous telco operator and request to cancel it. Popping the SIM card out of your phone and inserting a new Maxis SIM card doesn't mean the previous one has been cancelled... Added on June 3, 2012, 10:34 am P&C stuff....how to clarify.....can't lar......Hope you understand... |

Oh! i think like this also. thanks advise.
[quote=Swordylove,Jun 3 2012, 02:58 PM]I'd advise you to terminate your TM line only after Maxis Fibre has been successfully installed and you don't experience any problem after a few days. Like my situation i will plan to cancel TM fixed line because i didn't make any call. Just connect to my Home Alarm only. Since Maxis Home have this function too so plan to cancel it.
QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jun 4 2012, 10:10 AM) The is no such thing as MNP TM fixed lines. To evaluate the actual cost savings of rm30 between unifi and maxis home fiber more precisely, one have to relook at his past TM homeline bill for free calls made to TM fixed lines nationwide. As we're all aware that 99% of all fixed lines nationwide are from TM. Switching over to non TM fixed line would means you have to pay for calling a non individual like offices, banks, government, non toll free helpline line maybank2u 1300886688 etc etc. |

I call thru 123 because i am Maxis mobile customer. After discuss with CS she have pass my request to Maxis Home Sales Department. Then last week Sat sales dept have call me & sent latest brochure, Form & acknowledgement form to me. So yesterday around 1pm ++ i submit to them by email. After that 2 hours later installation dept call me inform me this Thursday will come install. That time around my area a bit noisy so today will make double confirm with them.
QUOTE(meme00 @ Jun 5 2012, 08:46 AM) Hi petlu28, Could you tell me which phone number did you call to register for this promotion? Is it 1800821123? Or did you walk in? Because I just called , and customer service Lizi told me that we cannot register this over the phone only by walk in. Then I asked her about subscribing online, and I even told her that I tried that last week however she told me their website never received my application because that just happens. So I asked her is she telling me that Maxis website is useless and she said "Yes that's the case or we just don't receive your submission" |
