but plugging in a monitor cable did the work...now have cuda on all my cards tho windows log in take a few more seconds than usual

I just bought a new PC.
And my hardwares are:
Core i5 2500K
Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3 motherboard
Kingston 4GB DDR3-1333
MSI GTX570 1.28GB DDR
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB (HD103SJ) hard disk
Samsung DVD writer
Silverstone Strider Essential 700W power supply
Coolermaster HAF912 casing
Samsung LED 23" S23a350H


The problem is, when i play the sims 3 or Fallout:NV or COD:Black Ops, it'll cause the screen or some part of it to flicker and sometimes there's some thing like popping/shooting out from the character. haha..
i think it is the card problem and i think i should send for replacement..

is it?
O, and i did the testing using MSI kombustor K-mark benchmark it shows the same thing.. haha..

Could be overheat issue.
Did u open gc cooler/heatsink? If yes try reseating the cooler and reapply thermal paste if necessary. Make sure that u dont put too much until touch other area around the GPU.
If not opened yet pls send it to the shop for testing.

i haven't opened my gc heatsink yet. so, i have to send to the shop back? lol.. It's too far from here. haha.. i'm at batu pahat though. hehe. bought it in LowYat Plaza. ahha.

U might wanna test it on other PC as well.
Insufficient power or bad PSU or bad OC also can cause artifacts.

haha.. well here i thought silverstone strider is ok already hehe..

Try replacing the thermal paste with something better and see if this issue goes away
If it don't then only you try it on other pc or PSU

I have some question about GTX 570 idle clock .

1. when both card idle , both clock will drop to 50 or 51 mHz ( not yet sli bridge )

2. when both card sli bridge , 1st card idle clock will be 50mHz but 2nd card wouldnt down clock n remain at the same clock ( 742mHz )

So my question is , when both card sli , 2nd card clock speed wouldnt down clock even idle ? coz now i have to use afterburner to set 2d / 3d profile , when idle it will change to 2d profile to force 2nd card to down clock to 405 mHz ( thats the minimum can set in afterburner )

hi guys i just bought gigabyte gtx 560 ti oc version (core:900mhz)... the prob is on stock speed or even oc i got hissing sound
on the vrm or choke at the gc (if iam not mistaken) before this iam using HD6870 on the same PSU but didnt came out with that sound
i do some googling and noticed between the 560 ti and hd6870 not much wattage diff both of it...

Specs:
Phenom 2 x6 4.1ghz
PSU CM GX750
Custom WC setup (for GC n Proc)

notes:
no artifacts
max temp around 70c

whats the maximum save voltage for OC ? 1.1v is safe ?
