facetime has nothing to do with facebook.

to use facetime for free :

1) save the Contacts detail of the person u wanna call
2) go into contacts
3) select the person u wanna call
4) click the facetime tab under the phone number

if u call before pressing the facetime button u will have to pay for the voice minutes.

Most of them here experienced the antenna problem. Mine also will dropped to No Service if im at weaker reception (2-3 bars) area. Using DiGi Singapore set iOS4.1.

For those who are so concerned with signal attenuation, please chill. Because even with one bar, I manage to make a call with no issue at all.

If you are still no convinced, please get a case to protect your iphone 4. Remember it is not entirely scratch resistant. I recommend Switcheasy case which fits perfectly to your new device and gives very firm hold. I have tried 4 different cases (1 from Amazon and 3 officially from Apple but nothing can compare to Switcheasy). Just my two cents.

hhmm..yesterday i went to the city, city square in jb, and i stay in kulai.

at home, the death grip problem is kind'da big. before grip is 3 bar, after grip can drop 0-1 bar....

but when i was in jb town, full signal...even grip oso no effect.

i think its subjected to the signal strength of your area. even outside my house...about 3-4 bars, while talking on the phone with the 'death grip' position, i get signal drop, but no problem with the phone conversation..still smooth.
