im confused, you said that the MoM expansion comes together with 30 days game time card, but we have to purchase another 60 days game time card?

I was a f2p player till i bought this MoM expansion from offgamers, but my account just got upgraded from f2p to premium, not VIP. I think the MoM expansion does not include the 30 days VIP pass? Please clarify thanks!

your account should be VIP for 30 days. i also bought MoM from offgamers and my account was upgraded to VIP.

guys, wanna ask if say i bought a quest pack, is it character bound or account bound??

i know riding skills is character bound, just not sure if quest pack is the same

that 60days gtc is just an option for those that want to subscribe to the game but don't have access to credit card etc. MoM from offgamers do come with free 30days vip. try click the upgrade now button under your account status and select game card option and then enter the key that you got from offgamers.

i get this error The Game Card you have entered is invalid. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30018]. I've opened a support ticket with the account management service already, but a kinmate of mine said that it would take 2-3 days for them to rectify this. thats a long time =(

ouch. gotta wait then. hopefully it won't take that long =/

there's another forumer in this thread have same problem like you actually. can't remember his name, try check few pages back. he finally got his vip after contact the support.

What stays on after I lose the VIP Status ? Quest packs ? mOney cap ? AH ? Character slot ? What if i finish up the character slot , but did not remain VIP ?

yeah thats the one. once ur vip status gone, you'll keep

-2 character slot
-warden and runekeeper class
-quest/content at moria and lotherien
-no gold cap*
-2 inventory bag*
-swift travel*
-traits slot*

*only for character that log in during the vip duration

you'll loose quest pack for any region that you havent bought and your AH is limited to 5 items per character
during vip you'll get access to 20 slots wardrobe. if you put any gear or cosmetic in your wardrobe, once your vip end those item still remains in your wardrobe so any of your character still can access it, but once you remove them from the wardrobe you can't put it back.

What about if during the VIP duration i made all 8 or 9 characters ; after VIP status stopped ? what will happen to my characters ? can still access ?

once your vip end, during the character selection screen, it'll give you a list of your characters and you need to select which character you want to keep. let's say during vip you have 7 character slot and you used it all. and when it end, you back to 5 char slots. The remaining 2 char that you didn't select will be locked(cannot use) until you purchase extra char slot from turbine store.

need help on dol dinen fellowship quest, helppp!!!

so basically for those who are still f2p but want to venture more into the game, here is a good strategy :
1. get to the max level as you can from the 4 free map ie Bree, Shire, Ered Luin, Lone Land. I believe you can get to level 35, freely.
2. After that buy the mines of moria expansion from offgamers. This will give you access to all quest contents in all eriador for a month. During this one month VIP, try to reach lvl 50 as quick as possible. Also for the free character slot create a character, and login with that character at least once.

Of course, when the VIP expires, you'll lose the content of eriador apart from the 4 free mention above. you'll also be denied access to the non-free instance/skirmish .
