actually there is a way of hastening deed completion especially the slayer deed. by doing it in a group. get someone else who is also f2p to create a new character solely for tp gathering and work together, utilizing the free 24-hour horse whistle to the max, becoz you want to travel fast every where...actually you can do deeds in ered-luin over and over, it is faster there coz the region is smaller...

are you going to be using Unifi ? if you're patient enough, you can wait la, otherwise hantam saja download. bear in mind the download size is 7GB for low res, 11GB for high res.....

waa 11gb! the one im downloading only 6gb+.
i be using 4mb streamyx connection when the new semester open.
as for now, i'm enjoying my holiday at home with uber slow 1mb streamyx connection.
i will bare the waiting time for the download if my current connection would let me play.
but if the game gonna terribly lag for me, i think its better to just wait till march. would i able to play properly with my current connection?

no problem.. using the same line as you back in my hometown.. and i am sharing it with my brother too.. 2 pc playing lotro using that line and minimal lag.. if you do notice there is some lag.. advice would be to change the DNS to google DNS instead.

I'll recommend Elendilmir server for M'sian players, it is the unofficial Oceanic server. Here we have most Aussies, Kiwis, Singaporeans, Indonesians, Japanese, and some other Asian players.
US players are plenty, so if you have way too much free time you can find groups 24/7, but please don't
Elendilmir is probably the most community friendly server. We rarely see dramas in GLFF (Global Looking For Fellowship chat channel).

The kinship I'm in is EDMW, and it is mainly SG and some M'sians. You can try Aussie kins but they sleep earlier than us.

any tips that i should now when playing the game?

It still ask me to make an account in the turbine page but still i can't create an account there...
Still don't know what's the problem..
Is there any chances that the game stop people from making a new account because there just to many players or what?
