I'm getting bored with those 50mm f/1.2L, 85mm f/1.2L and 70-200 f/2.8 ISII used by my friends (1Dmk4(s) and 5dmk2(s)), always poisoning me yawn. Oh and also the 24mm f/1.4L but good thing I'm not into such lens xD.

Mine not because all my friend owned that but because he is from CMM so whatever shit also got sweat.gif

Actually because everytime I use the 5dmk2 or 1Dmk4, I always need to search for the buttons. Not used to it biggrin.gif. The other day when shooting with friend's D3+70200 f/2.8, then my friend told me that his 5dmk2 + 85mm f/1.2L better, so he borrowed me and went toilet.. I took a few shots then went back with the D3 wahahaha. Not nice to handle and not user friendly!
LOL, not sure what is CMM. But my bunch of friends using Canon are all very rich... so basically almost all lens below 200mm f/2 is available for playing xD.

What I can recall is probably 24 f/1.4, 50 f/1.2, 85 f/1.2, 70200 f/2.8 ISII, 70200 f/2.8 IS, 70200 f/4 IS, 100 macro, 16-35 f/2.8... the rest is those normal lens I guess...

Oh wait, got that fish eye too lol. Cute lens.

CMM = Canon Marketing Malaysia.

D7000 ISO 6400 looks pretty bad to me.
ISO 3200 just acceptable.

Of course I view it on full reso. If crop means nice to you, I can just crop any photos to small reso and have a good looking photos tongue.gif

So, what ISO of D90 is acceptable to you?
*
ISO 800 or lower.

Well, sometimes I use ISO 1600 when fine dining. And I have to convert to b&w as quite grainy already.

To me, D3/D700 is 1 stop better than D90/D300/D300s, 3200 to 1600.

As what you said, 800 acceptable from D90, and 3200 acceptable from D7000. That's 2 stop.
*
D700 / D3 ISO 6400 is so so clean la doh.gif
ISO 3200 is like our ISO 400. sleep.gif

I mean from the sample photo posted by you.

I don't want use but always kena use because people throw it to me and in the end kena poison. Damn.
1 thing, 5DMKII ISO 6400 better than D700. With 1.2L = Dying.

If you compare against D3/D700's 6400 ISO, it is similar to me.

5dmk2? Bored of it haha, always playing with it also lah... my bunch of friends using Canon alot of rich guys, so those f/1.2L are pretty common. Especially the 85mm f/1.2L, the 50mm f/1.2L still ok only got one haha~
*
Meaning most photographer should dump their d3/d700 to get D7000 as the ISO is SIMILAR huh ?

You said before and I know who they are Nick, Han, Max and etc. They paid for it. I got to play free laugh.gif
Anyone of your friend already got 60D ? Played with it and my guess D7000 will pawn that 60D.
And my supplier just got back from Photokina. D7000 video is impressive. I will try to get that video and post up. Others than that, nothing. Asking about ISO, they ask me forget about it. Get FF better.

QUOTE(celciuz @ Sep 24 2010, 06:53 PM)
o_O who said that.

To me D3/D700's 3200ISO looks like D700's 3200ISO.

What are you trying to say ? blink.gif

D7000 won't be cheap. Body itself at least 4k (My guess tho. Haven't heard any from NM yet)

Yes but don't say it's SIMILAR to D700/D3/D3s. Still far away.

I think I will get the sample photos / or once D7000 it's available locally, I will try it side by side. I still insist on this, DX will never par with FX.
Of course it will be better than current D90. And if anyone of you been following Nikon, every series of their DSLR will be better than previous one be it professional range or mid range.
Eg. D80 < D300 < D90/D5000 < D300s

35mm N will be launched at KL soon. Heard from NM.

It will be idiots for me to compare side by side with FF as it's more like taking Honda vs Ferrari laugh.gif
But I will do that. Hopefully my friend won't call me retard for this laugh.gif
