Last Time My Friend Bought A HTC Mozart By Brightstar Seller. After That Few Weeks Later The LED Got Problem Keep At Red Light Only Cant Shut Off The Red Light Also So He Bring To SIS Warranty Because They Said Can Claim On SIS Because Its A Original Set But Eventually SIS Say Its Not A original Set And They Claim The Seller Selling AP Set As Ori Set After They Check The IMEI And Serial No.

So From There My Friend Told Me That What Happen And He Show Me The Report Letter As Well. + SIS Seller Say Check HTC Product Genuinity From Their Website So I Also Check From There La.

If I Am Wrong Then Please Correct Me.

My Friend Incident Happen 8 Month Ago During February 2011 After The CNY.

i dont need to know what happen to your friend previously but brightstar is the first distributor for Windows Phone 7 by HTC in Malaysia. Maxis first launch Windows Phone 7 and even until now those phone are all from BrightStar.

the statement u posted seem to mislead a lot of user here which refer here as their source of knowledge. and i seriously doubt those statement you posted which highly not true also might mislead all others as well. Of coz you can always assume what you think is right. but posting something which is practically wrong and given your statement over the net in public forum is silly.

i know you are being excited and warm hearted trying to help. but distributing wrong information might bring u to trouble eventually. try to google for more information or call the respective distributor for verification.

and last thing for your knowledge. seller already told your friend that's a BrightStar set. why you insist go to SIS claims his warranty? its just like Proton sell Proton manufactures cars, EON also sell Proton manufactured cars. but both Proton and EON have different services center. do you understand whats the story i trying to tell u?

anyway yes, brightstar is d 1st one to bring in WP7 device in malaysia, if maxis is using it, then i believe is truly original set

I knew Brightstar is the official distro for Blackberry.

I only know recently that they too distro HTC few days ago when I bought this phone.

Sometime warranty thing can be confusing when people overlooked the label stickers in the phone.

For instance Blackberry official distro are Brightstar & I-Samart, Sony Ericsson are T-Choice & Midlands. Samsung back then used to be FMG , as well as Brightstar before Samsung themselves became own distro, thus SME.

snap case i dun like it cause gotta put force to get it in

yes2. how to know how hard it is? haha.. but for me like a normal plastic la.just outside matte. and to tap it not gonna use much force coz the snap case just nice fit the phone.

after watching the HTC Titan unboxing video...im damn attracted to 4.7" screen. and the size of Titan is pretty similar with HD7 just abit higher. hope that maxis will sell the device and i'll probably plan to upgrade the plan.
