hi everyone. need some help. in story mode, i'm still stuck in the battle between raiden vs. shao kahn on the rooftop. i'm getting pissed off trying to defeat shao kahn and am constantly spewing expletives at the brokenness of shao kahn. any tips or tactics that you guys use to defeat shao kahn? shao kahn's x-ray is overpowered and i hate the fact that raiden's x-ray is friggin weak on him.
btw, im just a casual gamer and doing combos in MK is really frustrating compared to MvsC3. cheers. |

What difficulties are u playing on? I finished the story mode on medium. What I do is just stay as far as i cud from him right after the fight starts and wait for him to taunt. Then just do the Raiden's flying move. Repeat. Shao Khan will throw his spear occasionally, just duck. And when he throw his hammer, jump. U can try to perform an x-ray move when he taunt. IINM I won the last round with a flawless victory btw, im just a casual gamer and doing combos in MK is really frustrating compared to MvsC3. cheers.  Shud work on med diff or lower. On hard, shao kahn will start to jump around doing shoulder barge. Must more pandai to siam.
Lack of vs mode like someone said earlier makes the game not as much fun as it could be. Can't wait for psn to be up, wanna go see how I kena beat up online. |

When you jump over him when he's down, he would do some silly move, punch, kick, which have a very long recovery rate, just get in and combo the guy. Instead of doing the superman, I suggest you end the combo with raiden's lightning grab. Coz, you can cross up again after that. Shud work on med diff or lower. Not sure on hard above. The Raiden chapter that brought most pain was fighting the zombies. Health does not regen after defeating every character!
Seems like I cant use Raiden as well, cant find to like his combos. |

Just wondering, what's the fastest way to get $$$ to unlock stuff at the Krypt? I finished story mode.. Second playthrough story mode only 10G per level..!!
