FSB 274
Ram bt-d43 2.5-4-4-10 1T(500mhz) 2.8v
HTT 3x

why my mem score cannot reach 7k> ? i use same setting like others..

bcoz ur on 2.3-4-4-10....at 274 it is consider good already....

i run mine at 250 2.5 3 3 7....got score slightly like urs..... thumbup.gif

Gigaleon, do not cover the CPU-Z showing your memory setting. And also for the SiSandra screenie, scroll down to the part that shows memory speed and timing.

and btw.... 3.1V is too high for a TCCD.
