It's hard to have a win-win situation. There's always the way to get the best compromising position.

Fancy, state-of-art interface with flash, ActiveX requirement but trades off with slow loading time

Or

Relative simple and as long as could portray the intended functions or feature kind of interface; hence offers fast loading time.

The above are the only criteria that complicates the Internet Banking architecture. We have security tighten measures with TAC and token based login.

Internet Banking is really a very challenging revolution. Tends to offer a paperless solution but yet need to satisfy users' demands.

New section has been created in recent Maybank2u upgrade:

eFixed Deposit:

1. eFD Placement

QUOTE
No FD Certificate will be issued to customer if placement is done via Maybank2u.

For FD new customer (FD Account Opening), your FD will be effective on the next working day whereby your 'From Account' branch will be debiting your account and create your FD Account.

For FD existing customer, your FD placement will be effective upon debiting of your account and confirmation of transaction at REAL TIME.

Upliftment of eFD placed on same day can only be effected on the next day.

2. eFD Upliftment

QUOTE
You may select either Joint Account or Individual Account whichever is linked to Maybank2U for upliftment.

Upliftment of eFD placed on same day can only be effected on next day.

Well, it will be a little better since it merge with Southern Bank Berhad.

All those lazy and stupid BCB staff in every department have been sacked to be replaced by SBB staffs....so I heard.

Maybank2u is currently performing some maintenance related to DiGi. I think that could somehow affect the performance during daylight even though they said the maintenance happens in the night.

One thing I don't like about Maybank2U is there isn't the available credit column for credit cards. Something they need to learn from Citibank :sigh:
How about other banks?

What you meant by credit column? A dedicated credit card section?
