You need to apply TAC through ATM or online. Did you do that ? I don't have any problem with it. icon_rolleyes.gif

Standard Chartered recently launched their Internet and Mobile Banking services. I tried both, the Internet banking is very limited compared to Maybank2U and AllianceOnline, and the Mobile Banking is hopeless - it only supports a few smartphones, they sent me the URL for the app and I couldn't even install it.

Are yr accounts linked into 1 Maybank2u login? For me, once I login, I can see all my accounts at once, and I can do fund transfer and payment very easily. Even payment to other banks if u want to but with charges.

Yes, you can apply TAC from ATM machine. Otherwise, you can register your valid handphone at ATM machine that you use to receive the TAC via SMS with. After this little registration, you can apply TAC online under the Utilities menu.

It's because Maybank has a lot of online users. They have been trying to provide good service as possible.

Refer to the merchant's website for payment method

Most of the cases you'd need to have a credit card

I know what's wrong already

It's some problem with Indosat (Maxis roaming partner at Jakarta) when I was using their service

Guess it's not the problem with the bank but instead your roaming telco. sweat.gif
