Are all banks adopting the 5-day work policy starting this month? Meaning they're not doing any operation on first and third Saturdays.

thumbup.gif I still opt for mbf, coz used so long already found it hard to change and trust new online banking system. Afterall, am paying for the subcription fees annually for credit card, which is not cheap, so.... still using. laugh.gif

Well, HSBC is not a local bank. They may not provide local bank services such as inter-bank fund transfer.

They're advanced. HSBC is among the pinoeer banks who are adopting hardware security token in order to access to their Online/Internet Banking system.

In term of local banking services, they may be lagging behind. Even tough they do offer local banking services, they may impose fees/charges on it.

the hardware token is totally a stupid step and watse of resources

i was in germany and i never see such thing
the only thing i need for online banking is the 6 digits code for each transaction (which is given as paper format)

The transcation is generated randomly for each session like Maybank's TAC or it acts like password or PIN.

How sad is that? Perhaps you should consider other local banks like Maybank, BCB, PB and etc.
