It's kind of safe as the TAC is sent to your mobile phone registered or via ATM.

That's a good practice in dealing with Internet-related security-concerned transactions. thumbup.gif

High class in terms of what? Give us more ideas ...

QUOTE(cleverlynn @ Aug 19 2006, 07:02 PM)
repeating my Qs, but for maybank2u:
questions:
1. is there any extra fees?
2. how to apply?
3. what functions is available in the internet banking?
- can we set bpay? (direct debit to pay bills or manual pay to bills company)
- can we 'pay anyone'? (means to any account)
- can we transfer funds to and from fixed deposit?
*
1. The Internet banking is FREE. Certain transactions you make with the service is chargeable such as Inter-bank Fund Transfer.

2. You must apply Internet Banking via ATM machine by getting the first time login PIN.

3. For bill payments, you setup a profile and initiate the payment. I think it's directly linked to the payee's account.

For fund transfer, you can perform a fund transfer to any Maybank account holders for free. As for other banks, you'll be charged for RM2.

Not so sure regarding fixed deposit placement using Internet Banking.

Other services include mobile reloads, TT and etc.

How come I missed such an important announcement ... sleep.gif

When we do a fund transfer to other accounts, it requires an answer to secret questions. Is this still a need after the implementation of TAC?

Directly? Means clear on the spot?

I think it needs at least several days for clearance and you'll be charged RM2 for each inter-bank fund transfer.
