QUOTE(maslight @ Sep 27 2006, 09:00 AM) i oso got hehehehehe I didn't receive anything from BCB or CIMB. QUOTE(acougan @ Sep 27 2006, 10:26 AM) any idea how this registration/TAC works? i went to 2 different ATMs to register, so far no confirmation sms sent to my number or any message/status change at cimbclicks account. wait for Oct 7th!?? It should work like Maybank2u TAC. You just register your handphone number where you want the TAC to send to. After registration at the ATM, you won't receive any confirmation. In order to test if your registration is success, you simply request a TAC on 7th October or later dates.

Sorry for asking a repeating question. If I place my money for fixed deposit in Maybank using Maybank2u.com, do I still need to pay a visit to the branch like if I would like to terminate the FD after the maturity date. Please advise ... thank you.

QUOTE(acougan @ Sep 27 2006, 11:13 PM) just do it for a month (or any period u like) & instruct it to auto-debit back into your account uopn maturity. dont choose auto-renewal! if some sudden emergnecy crops out and u need to cash out irregardless of the lost interests, go to your home branch to collect cert & cash out. other branch, i think its not possible/have to pay a high administrative fee. erm, abt the BCB TAC thingie, i guess we have to wait until Oct7th at least. Interest Payment Mode : Add to Principal Instruction on Maturity: Credit to Account Are above is correct?

It's quite true that PBebank is kind of limited especially on the payee list.

I have been charged for 50 cents to perform a withdrawal over the counter at BCB branch in a non-adjacent states. If know earlier, I better use my ATM card. The purpose of withdrawing over the counter is to update my passbook. Wondering if I just update the book, will they charge me for that?

Hope CIMB BCB CIMBClicks TAC won't be showing the same slowness like Maybank2u TAC delivery ...

PBebank is going to implement something similar to Maybank and CIMBClicks TAC starting 15 November. It's called PBeBank.com Authentication Code (PAC). QUOTE To further enhance the security features of our Internet Banking, we are implementing the 2 factor authentication known as PBeBank.com Authentication Code (PAC) via SMS with effect from 15 November 2006. To faciliate the implementation, kindly update your mobile phone number at any Public Bank ATMs by 14 November 2006.. Click here for more details. http://www.pbebank.com.my/en/en_content/pe...content122.htmlThis post has been edited by David83: Oct 2 2006, 11:15 PM

QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Oct 19 2006, 12:40 AM) When PBeBank will only allow us to do fund transfer online? Been waiting for very very very very very long time already. I will definitely make a complain. That day ask them, they say 3 days only, ask me to wait patiently. After 3 days still cannot, fine with it, wait, I am ok. Until now also didn't repair it yet? I faced the problem for nearly two weeks already. Maybe they're upgrading their system to cater for the PAC thing. But it's a little too much and not convenient to let the feature down for so long!
