Agreed! talked to one SA selling PPC Glomac's QSOVO in Bdr permaisuri - Built up: 485 sf, RM620-650psf....

Indeed I dun reckon to buy HH service apt (if price more than 700/sf), IMO BJ highrise is oversupply already, looking at the current new supply in the last 3 yrs, I believe it is enough for the mkt to consume till 2020. Rental rate is relatively low compared to MK, wait patiently for subsale mkt in Covillea and The Treez, could hv some good bargains

In this case, we can also assume that Malton's pricing would also be tentatively 20% more or less than HH's pricing?
