not necessarily high speed driving... but when doing high revving for sure some oil will leak out... looks like coming out either from the top cap or under the cam cover...

Solution: Oil Catch Tank.

I don't think its leaking, more like engine oil vaporized and sips through the gap. If its really a leaking problem, then need to change the top gasket (not sure).

Guys, careful when yous ervice your car..My oil sum nut that part, they screw it too tight now cant use already. they use a bigger screw but still leaking engine oil.. Now waiting for claim...

maybe the got no torque wrench on their workshop,all by handtight..for 13mm bolt,assuming should be 25-28Nm torque only..

its the prob with cps, mine change new brake pad, clean it, n even apply a bit of 4wd still hv sound..so lantak la..hehe

u mean wd40 right?btw,its adviseable to use brake cleaner..the noise probably come from uneven pad and disc..the pads with narrow edge most of the cause..

The main common problem for proton cps is valve cover gasket leaking engine oil. Change new valve cover gasket, it will leak after 2-3 month. So i suggest you don't bother it. Haha.

If they claim a new oil pan, then is good. If the re-thread back, then is cause u trouble. I can solved the problem for you without changing oil pan and long lasting.

My ride wont start as battery dont have enough juice. The Proton Care breakdown dude said I'm gonna have to change battery as it wont conserve enough charge to start the engine. Gonna have to send to Cheras SC to claim new battery. It seems that our Campro engine must be started on a regular basis as I have been using the car only on weekends since I got it back in April - Mileage now is only 4695km

For campro engine, it dangerous if the battery voltage drop. Cause it will cause engine shut down during driving.

have you tried to brake harder??? sometimes when i'm irritated by that eee eee sound I just press the brake harder and the sound gone for a while... I think the brake dust somehow create the noise when you lightly tap on the brake...

due to that eee eee sound, i nearly changed my brakepads two times thinking the brakepad worn out already + my SA said my brakepad is at its end life...

this service already change the cam cover gasket. forgot to check this morning if there's any oil... got to check tomorrow...

so true... i dont really bother about it as it never have drained my engine oil, it's just that yesterday when they opened the engine bay the mess actually moved upwards towards the plastic cover... when touched, realized it's oil, really am shocked...

72k km... sc check and say it still ok I bought the ceramic brake pad replacement when my car mileage at 50k km, but still using the original brake pad.
