how come no persona CPS....sad.gif
any rumors?
*
Already got rumors that Persona CPS will be launch after new Waja launch, which makes sense since the new Waja will have different/bigger engine so no market overlap.

Does it affect anything? braking performance? Could it be caused by battery?
*
Same here bro. Being told that we need to get those ABS sensors cleaned. Once that light appeared, ABS will not function.

How to clean it? Any proton sc can do that? Besides abs not functioning, if we leave the lights on, any other effect?
*
My friend been driving his car (4g18) for more than 4 years with the lights on, no problem.

I don't think it is a good idea to do engine wash at shop.
1. they use high preesure water that may sips into unwanted places (fuse box, connectors, etc).
2. when you arrived there, the engine parts is still hot. Spray with cold water may create cracks.

you got to be kidding me, Persona gonna get Turbo??? I thought it's going to be in Exora first???
*
IMO, most probably Exora will get it 1st. One problem with Turbo is that 'some owner' (brows.gif) will try to squeezed up more power and when things went wrong, they will claimed for warranty. So Proton needs some method to track these 'mods'. Wait, maybe thats one of the things the new 32-bit ecu can do (data logging). hmm.gif

Just a late update, my muffler. (just got back my laptops from warranty claim)

Its hard to conform to EURO4 standard with high revving engine, thus 1.6 with 125hp are already considered high. Most 1.6 is in 110hp region.

Honda will have a hard time especially with the new EURO5 standard because they don't have turbo engine. Most EURO4 engine usually have small displacement but complement it with turbo.

But the problem is quite expensive if done at sc.
Summore cannot bring ur own engine oil doh.gif
Only some sc can. At my place, i cant find any sc that allow me to bring my own engine oil
*
For me, the labour charge is quite reasonable. Got aircond waiting room + wifi + clean toilet. They also use blanket to cover the seats, and fenders to avoid scratch when they working on the engine.

The SC that I used to also allowed me to stand beside my car while they do their work.

For engine oil, as long as they got the brand I want, no problem. Expensive a bit but because of the 'flood' of imitation/fake engine oil nowadays, it better to be safe than sorry.

being a directional tread, s.drive is noisy. even so as the tread wear out. direct rotation too. but water dissipation is good. was using 205/55/r15 until recently.

Now in delima which tyre to use since 205/50/16 tyre choices is limited. If i go for R1 this will make my 3rd set. But i  really love r1..high speed stability, good for cornering, economy, responsive, & look good. But after 60% of usage it getting noiser & less grip. Maybe this time i change taste to other brand..any suggesstions?
*
Falken Ziex-912. Softer than R1 thus better grip and quieter, but the threadwear is doh.gif laugh.gif

Bro sphiroth, i also considering 912 aswell, but as u said tread wear so fast..huhu. Searching other option if got. Now need comfortable tyre coz my wife pregnant & complain rough & bumpy ride.
*
I've start with standard conti comfort contact (4 hours)->yoko R1 (20k km before my tyres damaged by jammed rear brake)->falken 912 (30k km)->yoko r1 (currently 30k km and I'd say it can last another 30k km). I'd loved to change all 4 tyres at once.

But bear it mind most of the major performance upgrade done when I got that 912 fitted, so I drove hard back then, really hard (tyres screaming every time the traffic light turns green). brows.gif
