I thought it suppose to wear equally?
Brake pads wear unbalanced still consider normal???  sweat.gif
*
Not suppose to wear equally. But not different in large different. If wear in large different, then it had problem. How can you aspect 4 disc thickness to be same after using? Furthermore, not all 4 brake pressure is apply same amount. Unless the car have equipped with EBD. But in proton, 10 out of 2 only can get wear equally as I see.

I think my car ABS really kong already. The abs light is always on now, even during cold start. cry.gif  doh.gif

Can claim under warranty?
*
Need to see either pump or sensor. For proton using MK-60 abs pump, the sensor kong more.

Yes, after the check light on. I don't know which code... forgot to ask them sad.gif  SC said cannot fix already the abs module, must change new, which cost a bomb doh.gif

Really cannot fix? cry.gif
*
Need to check lo. Impossible after check then the abs malfunction straight away. Unless it got problem before. ABS module mean is the ABS pump. It cost around Rm5k with installation.

previously, my car abs check light, always on/off. during cold start, it will disappear after a few seconds. Sometimes during driving time, it will also light on. But now both the abs and handbrake check light stays on.

Can claim under ewp? If i can remember correctly, there is one waja cps owner make a claim for abs replacement, right?
*
Yes. You can claim with condition. all service is done from PESC without miss, only can claim. sweat.gif

something pop out of my head...when do we need to change clutch oil/hydraulic fluid? When change the oil can we adjust height level of the clutch? I want to set it a bit lower than now. Can engage shift much faster if lower.. tongue.gif
*
Follow brake fluid lo. Once change brake fluid, change clutch fluid as well lo. When change brake fluid, sure got left some. It enough for clutch.

Of course can set lower. For waja, gen 2, persona or satria neo, all set at clutch pedal. But beware, for campro if too low then your clutch burn easily.

Just now feel my steering abit "sentak" when return after full turn. Wonder why.. no time no check.

I mean if set too low. Everything have a limit. First service very cheap only. Only oil filter and engine oil.

Let me capture few photo later, only remove 3x screws...
I'm not sure Waja's air-cond is it at same location,
but you can give it a try lah  biggrin.gif

Yeap..lower viscosity oil will make your engine feel lighter & responsive..in addition it can give good FC also, but it really hard to archieve it. Most of our members know why.. brows.gif

Hint : heavy right foot syndrome.. laugh.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
You forget something. Lower viscosity oil make your engine sound louder. icon_rolleyes.gif

According to singchaii,
air-cond blower for Waja and Gen2 is same location :

here is the photo:

[attachmentid=2009613]

disconnect the 3xblue circles connector/hose first,
then unscrew the 3xred circles screws...
you should be able to take out the whole air-cond blower.

Easy to remove but take time to re-install back...  sweat.gif
you need something or someone to hold the air-cond blower in order to re-screw back.
hope this helps.  biggrin.gif
*
Yeah. Same. But waja is much more harder to remove the screw. if waja install not fit, once you turn on air cond then you smell rubber burn smell. biggrin.gif

Yup, I can feel the difference nod.gif  Without the abs and ebd, can feel myself slightly 'thrown' forward when braking... it feels like front brake is too powerful, and at the same time too much force from behind sweat.gif  Now I brake much earlier than before, dont want to do hard  braking.
*
Yes. This is what EBD mean. Once got EBD, the brake force for front and back is equal.
