I choose either slim or die... I give all i got during that time and I am proud that I had succesful slim down even i risk my life and health for it.. I am not really want offence anyone that don't believe me but I slim down in hard way. Please respect me and stop say I bluffing or don't believe.. I had proof, picture and ppl around me saw my hardwork.. Btw, how do you maintain it nowadays? I'm sure being an endomorph you'll feel the threat of growing back to your old self again. Yes.. stretch mark and Yes, I am suiciding that time.. That for real.... My body totally upside down during that time... Now I maintain it by 3 Meal per day(normal breakfeast,Heavy lunch and light dinner)... Workout 2 day once it mean let my body rest for around 24-48 hours or must workout before 72 hours after last workout... Yes, I feel my past size is a threat and phobia on it that why I will maintain my body no matter because I slim down by risking my life on it and now i do healthy thing... |

im still having loose skin and its been almost a year but it doesnt heal up.. nvr tried coconut oit though.. btw.. now im focusing on losing bf%

wow that's absurd TS! 45kg in 2 mths! pheww..
I'd recommend u do more strength training to gain mass so that yr skin can tighten back.. Don't do cardio anymore. U have to bulk up to at least 73kg i'd say haha |

instead of heavy lunch, y not change to a healthier lunch and hv a small snack/drink in between dinner? i rather hv a light/normal lunch and hv a HL milk later before dinner... dinner i suggest u cut down on carbs...less white rice/noodles etc. but more veges |

Yes I am 180++CM at 103KG before I started workout, now I am 96/97KG. But of course the weight doesn't change much because I am gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. I know I lost fats when my pants getting looser |

i think u need surgery for ur skin. because u took a very fast way to slim down. ur skin need more time than ur fat.

bro, i lost 60 kg within 4 months. u did a lot better than me. my loose skin also very visible last time and i did some cosmetic surgery to fix it. now my 6 pack is quite visible. ive been training really hard having good lifestyle, taking more than 3000 calories per day to cope with my training.
my advise is, take fish oil, vitamin e, vitamin c, gluthathione, and few other skin products supplement. it helps. all the best. last but not least, keep it up. let us be heard ! |
