I am not really want offence anyone that don't believe me but I slim down in hard way. Please respect me and stop say I bluffing or don't believe.. I had proof, picture and ppl around me saw my hardwork..

Btw, how do you maintain it nowadays? I'm sure being an endomorph you'll feel the threat of growing back to your old self again.
