personally if u r still young, u just need time, ur weight loss rate is really abnormal. try train harder to build muscle to tighten up the loose skin

Err... Thx to god that I alive...
I take 3 piece of biscus+1 cup of coffee per day only that for food
and
at least 4 hours workout on cardio including jog 2 hours non stop.. thousand of sit up, push up, etc... make sure I sweat a lot and burn a lot fat..
In 2 month I lose around 45 kg but the progress really painful.. I exercise non stop 7 day per week and 4 hours at least perday.. My body is in pain and sometimes while sleep, my whole body will cramps. You can't shout for help, move or even cry... Only bear the pain with tear and heart... My muscle is painful everyday single second and day during that time.. First week I lose 15kg.. My face and pants directly change size but third week onward i start eat 1 meal per day but my meal portion is small.. just few "suap" of food... I won't advise anyone to try my way.. I choose either slim or die... I give all i got during that time and I am proud that I had succesful slim down even i risk my life and health for it..
I am not really want offence anyone that don't believe me but I slim down in hard way. Please respect me and stop say I bluffing or don't believe.. I had proof, picture and ppl around me saw my hardwork..

this was the wrong way bro, you should do it slowly. slow is better because give time for your skin to get back in to shape. now i dont think there will be a faster way then surgery. if u wan to wait might take 1-2yrs...depends on how's the condition of your skin.
this is my point of view. yes you did great in losing weight just now the recommended way i think.
i lost 16 in 3 months and i am stuck with the same prob.
good luck and cheers !

wow..... congrats for your great accomplishment and your ironclad determination! 3 biscuits a day..... i would DIE!! but yeah, i gotta agree that losing weight slowly is better for health. drastic weight loss, especially on a starvation diet can shut down your metabolism and wreck your thyroid. AND give you all that loose excess skin cos your body had no time to adapt to all that drastic change.
im no expert on cosmetics and beauty.... but keep at the weight training to help tone and tighten, and if you have any stretch marks from being overweight previously, creams and lotions should improve your condition.
and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! 45kg in 2 months is impressive and i can imagine the amount of hard work and determination you've set your heart to

all the best and good luck. i know losing that much of weight is not easy. and after all the hard work what stays behing is another problem with skin. anyway good luck. and do let me know if it works. supply enough vitamin E on the affected areas.

too fast bro
n during those time, ur body lacks all the nutrition it needs...not very good...
i think u can try those palmer coconut oil for stretch marks...
i lost 21kg in 5 mths, and i have stretch marks on my tummy area and also at the rear arm pit area... haven't done anything abt it though...
btw, the loose skin will 'heal' by itself, but definitely need time.
