when we put the external hardisk/ thumbdrive. it will take some time to detect the drive and u can select the movies from Movies > USB.
shouldn't be problem for 2TB external hardisk. we using Eaget M9 demo with Hotway 4bay enclosure which inside got 4x 2TB hardisk also can run properly.

if i do set hide to any movie files using windows... does M9 or any of ur devices here will make the files appear or hide it...

cannot hide any folder or files.

duh... have to bought another HD ... since this devide will detect all my movie.. damn..

oh it is ok. just let me know if still got problem.
if XP , it is easy. if win7, u need adjust the sharing folder setting like what i am state in the post.

ive disable the use sharing wizard already, but still have net user id(win 7 stater)

for win xp. manage to see all the directory, but when i click on the folder still req for net user id password

both already follow instructions, disable use sharing wizard

you need to do is set the permiission part

2. Select the "Security" tab and click "Advanced". If the "Security" tab is not there at all, you need to disable "Simple file sharing" (instructions are available here).

3. In the newly appeared window, click on "Add..." (if you are using Vista, you may need to click on "Change" or "Modify" beforehand).

4. Type "everyone" and press Enter.

5. Enable "Full Control" under the "Allow" column and make sure that the "Apply to" box reads "This folder, subfolders and files".

bro, I still cannot connect to my WIFI at home, I select connection 1, and key in WEP keys, after few minutes of testing,

Off: Can't get any IP
