still no news about the firmware to repair the mp4 file playback zw?
really frustrated leh.mp4 is so common nowadays and the m6 can't play it well.sigh....

wat mp4 got problem ?
custom firmware can solved most of the bugs.

i believe that there is some sound issue with the 4.09 fw for mp4

u can send us the copy of mp4 movies that cant play.
later we test in this new custom firmware see how.

no latest firmware for custom. got one version 1.5 can install, UI changed, added more IMS , but remote control not function after flash that firmware.

no any solution for the "select" button if you want to use custom firmware.

i send the pic of the movie to yk liow.he said he's also experiencing
same issue.he said need to wait for the new firmware.i don't know
when they gonna solve this proble.i got a few mp4 file and i can't
watch it till today.

with a square yellow thingy all over the screen.i test other file but giving me the
same result.i've tested 6 file all together with the same result.kinda frustrated.

like momuchi mention to me earlier. he got mp4 got problem, but i found it solved using custom firmware. official firmware for M6 still not good enough

but that custom firmware for X6 got problem with remote control?

now i`m still using that last firmware u flash for me..

now only watch mp4 via pc, cannot view at TV.. so sad till 2day

custom firmware (1.41) only got problem with "Select" button on remote control. others ok.
got one latest custom firmware version 1.5, remote control cannto use at all.

what about ver 1.51?

custom firmware only 1.5 ler.

i try the 7th file just now.the peacemaker.the file is m4v(mp4 related) n still
cant watch it.let say if i send u the player,u flash it,the select button is disable.
is there any other way to fix this w/o losing the function on the remote?
to be honest,i don't have this kind of problem at all with acer revo even though
it's cheaper then eaget.i bought 5 unit bro.i haven't tested on the other player
cos i'm scared my friends will find out about this problem n fook me cos i recommended this player to them.pls help me.

ur problem same like momuchi, u can send to us all 5units Eaget M6, and put RM20 as courier fees. after we flash the 3rd party then we will send to u.
this is eaget player bug and not yet solved. u can wait for their latest firmware.

** Edited: i think u dont send me first, i send the pic to eaget hope they come out firmware fast.

i think ur problem wait the latest firmware come out if dont want lost the "select" button on remote control and dont want return to us to flash custom firmware.

i don't mind really sending back the player.the thing that i don't like about
re flashing is losing the function on the remote.thats all.

yes i know. online streaming not main point for u. so not necessory send to me to flash custom firmware. you can just wait for official firmware. i wil update at first post when new firmware released for M6
