Hah.. Now my lappie using U2 Cooler now lol.. I helped my bro to buy for his XPS 1530 which have heating issues but it doesn't work for him as good as the X-lite which I bought last month... So he wanna substitute with me LOL...

To be honest, U2 isn't as amazing as I thought it would be.... Doesn't help much also...

Did you put directly at the intake? another fan should directly under hardisk. Seems like HDD is dying for A42JV.

CM Coolpad U2 is consider as DIY because you can put fan almost everywhere.

Not sure if putting about USB fan to suck out the heat at the heatsink there is beneficial ?

Well, they do sell individual (additional) fans for the U1, U2 as well as U3 nod.gif
The cooling effect of the CM U series would differ from laptop to laptop imho. My Qosmio has LOADS of heat vents underneath, which probably explains why the cooling is so good nod.gif

there's 3 on N81Vp

1 on the HDD, 1 on the GPU, which let's the fan suck in the air, and passes by the CPU as well, and 1 on the DVD drive...

no idea y there's on for the DVD drive though... hmm.gif

that is the lazy alternative of opening up the cover and vacuum...

i always do that... max power... laugh.gif

and i mean using the normal household vacuum cleaner, not the rm10 USB one...
