do ady lo, 2000 to 7000rpm damn responsive and light, everytime shift gear the bike feels like someone push fr behind, but top end crippled.
Today took out the back hole, and BH spent half a day work the cam to match with his pipe, now 4000 - 9000rpm feel light like VTEC.

i thought mivec feeling, anyways carb setting can indeed make an bike got power but fc increase due to the more u want power, the fast it drains the fuel.

from Weber official website, it mentioned that, with similar port size, engine CC and exhaust, a real precise tuning gives you the best power with almost the same FC, or even better. I got to agree with that bcoz my car FC (with porting and pipe change somemore) still can do 10 cent per km like before mod, but the power increased tremendously. My LC also have very similar FC as standard (140 - 150km per full tank) with engine CC, port size and exhaust change.

here's the feeling of my bike currently, the fc indeed become normal bike eh feeling on normal straight road + the hill climb. just now pump rm6 with aaron witness it. so far i ride to my house is like normal fc the meter fuel hvn't drop like last 2 time eh style. last 2 time really can c tio the diff ride from the petrol pump station, the needle indeed drop while riding back to my house nia with 60kmph.

Haha, Spayz, you and Calvin pawn me topspeed liao can go teh peng together...
now wait for zelk to tune his bike, pawn me, then I need to scratch head tune my bike... haha

The Anchor hi-temp spray I bought at hardware shop next to Thye Huat in town, near Komtar. About RM15.
But, my experience with it, not good especially near manifold area. Even the cheap one I buy in Thailand also same problem. Read the links below, other folks have same problem. It's not just about the temperature of the paint can tahan (600C), but also the property of paint material.

If you can find ACE hardware, and get either one of this would be nice.

I think you should find out the jet size that were used on your bike, write them all down if you have to.
To be honest, I haven't quite figured out the correct jet size for my bikes too.

I'm measuring mine, using pilot jet 17.5 previously and now 15. The 15 is a bit lean from 1/8 throttle that's for sure.
I also experiment top end, using 195 and now 190 mainjet. This one yet to see how.
Also just changed my sprocket between 49, 44 and now 47. I think 47 suits me better among the 3.

Added on September 30, 2010, 8:30 pmThe TZM just nearby, can go see see if interested...
