I'm proud to say that I'm a COOL alza owner now. Tinted my baby this afternoon. Was very happy with ther service and many thanks to TS for spending the time to explain through the product range, very sweet of him.. he's quite handsome also.. hehe

It has been few days since I tinted my car in TS's shop. So far so good... did realise the fact that the car cools down pretty fast after parking under a hot weather. TS is a nice person, calling up always to check on how's the tint, making that everything is good...very enthusiastic and responsible guy.

Definitely will recommend anyone to go tint their car with him. Two thumbs up. Btw, am sending my mum's car for tint tomorrow afternoon... very satisfied with their work.

Tinted my car today. Feeling real good driving under the hot weather in the afternoon. Good service, it took them abit longer than expected to finish up my car, but that's okay, as long as everything is done well.

1 thing I got to stress and mention here is the good service and attitude displayed by TS. His tireless attitude and effort to call up for appointment reminder and after service call to follow up impress me a lot. Efficiency at it's best.

Attitude is surely one of the main attributes for a seller and I'm glad that I've chosen to deal with him. Great attitude seller.

nah bro, im actually very low profile but i guess is fair enough to post something here for your good services.

i actually pmed him very late on friday night (no, to be exact it should be early in the saturday morning) and hopefully could get my vios tinted on the nextday.

i received his replied before i went to bed asked for my name and phone number so that easier for him to make arrangement on the saturday's appointment. i would say he is either very professional or he basically don sleep (just like me), after i sent him another pm and he texted me immediately on the phone...

so he is very efficient in his biz...

and with no disappointment, he managed to slot me into saturday at 6pm
and done the tint by 730pm... (thought another girl told me should have to wait for 3 hours (!!!))

i would say im happy with the tint, i feel the difference from the previous tint. i took a slightly higher price package and im happy with what i spent.

i can tell you, TS will be in my top 5 list of sellers which gives me good bargain and good service.

just doing my tinted for myvi..overall 100% satisfied as a motto mention by the seller....

Took more time as usual as my car has more glasses.
However I feel good about the people, briefing and service thr. They still keep their best effort after their working hours. Thanks to them.

just install the tint at mlk branch... with better explanation, i upgrade a bit from the promotion and i satisfied with it... just install for half car instead of full coz i not budget enough money to anticipated for the upgrade lol... the staff there very friendly oso... thx a lot..

I have tinted my car at Ray tech yesterday,  instead of taking the RM 180 package, i switched to a higher heat reject tint which cost RM 350 with VLT 50% ( Honestly guys, with 50% VLT it is still very clear.. only a bit dark only...)
But The tint work so well, No more oven car.
After u left it overnight, the air cond still there at the next morning. So cool~

It is recommended for this tint, Beside free sandblasting, it also include a road tax protector sticker. LOL... and a lot sticker in the car to aware you not to whirl down the window. Great 1.

Just finish my tint at Glenmarie branch !? superb service ... truly recommend and also very good workmanship too... i opted for EX series after some consideration.

Just did my Wira Aeroback at Kuchai Lama branch. At first I was concern about the tinting being too light, not dark enough. But I was happy with everything and they did it very fast including chemical wash to remove the old tint. Sean a.k.a. DaBestOne made a few follow up calls to make sure that everything was all ok... after it is done,just to show the difference.


at first i wanted to do the classic.but after being persuaded and shown some example,i chose ex series.so if u have made up your mind,just stick with it,dont be like me. i also upgraded my front window to pro series.there was really some difference between ex n pro.but i guess i cant afford to have all window sides as pro series.there was no machine to show u the VLT n IRR value,but i was given a test from a spotlight heat and there are actually differences with and without tinting.the spotlight heat was also used to differentiate between pro n ex series,and i can really felt the difference between those two.luckily i upgraded my front window to pro series.thanks to sean too for the personalized service,he really remembers all the details about the customers.good CS. 

Very satisfied with TS service over the weekend. very fast response, reasonable price offer (well I not sure how much to consider best, but I think the price that I got should be good enough) and making few calls to check on the status.

Hi Sean, thanks for making the last minute appointment for me n my fren last Sunday. i'm satisfied with the service provided at the SS2 branch. the lady (jace is it?) was very very very patient in explaining and demo-ing over n over again to us about the diff types of tint they have (spent almost 1 hour in deciding i think haha) n finally choosen the 1 that 1 of the guys shown to us after demo-ing how it would look like on the window...

Just got me & my friend's car tinted at Bangi branch. The workers are friendly & never grew tired in explaining to us again and again about the tints available. & finally I went for the ICE series while my friend got the Classic. The tinting process is completed in just an hour. The results are very satisfying & an absolute value for money. Strongly recommended!!

Went to TS's place to tint my dad's car last saturday. Overall quite satisfied and very impress with their workmanship. Had to wait for 4 hours+ due to there is a residue of some tint on the back windscreen. Wanted the RM180 promo, but instead the staff recommend another series, which is very good and now, i don't feel the car hot at all . Recommended Seller for tinting. Ts even keep calling from time to time just to check the status of the car, really impress with the spirit he shows to ensure good service to all his customer. Will visit him again to tint my future new car.

A quick FR.

Was supposed to have it done yesterday but Sean informed that the SS2 branch is packed so we changed it to Sunday morning today. Went in at 10am and immediately got started on 4 mil security tint.

Staff was friendly and they worked efficiently and professionally. Quite satisfied with the work done. Guys there told me to let the film cure and if there are problems just bring it back and they'll rectify.

Sean gave a call in the afternoon to check up and told me to give him a call if there is any problems as well. Will continue to monitor for the next week or so.

+1 on their presales + installation +postsales.

went arnd 11am..got introduce with seller's colleague..very well verse in their products...was supposed to settle down with the pm'ed tint but after the adequate explanation vs my long term use + safety, went for the higher spec. bro sean called later,  just making sure everything goes well..

- appointment fixed as per schedule. no waiting. note to malaccan, melaka branch actually opens at 9.00am.
- manager in melaka : kenneth was good and not pushy on upselling product. he asks what your plan and budget, and let you test to ensure your expectation. pay cheap, get cooling so-so. but was good that it was intended to make it clear but not upselling. also explain and test which tint pass/fail JPJ.
- manager is very friendly and very responsive to your question
- waiting room is good. with Dvd , movies and great sound system!
- completed job in 2hrs without any problem on your car.

cons
- note that for front windscreen they will use higher VLT (less dark)but same IRR % to avoid problem with JPJ (actually a pros also)

Bro, reached serdang raya shop for 10am appointment and tinting was completed by 12pm. Old tint was removed and workmanship looks good.
Spent 2 hours in the visitors air-cond lounge, magazines were aplenty for motor enthusiasts and movies were also played.
Great way to pass time as your car is being tinted.
Will monitor the tinting over the next couple of days.
Surely will not hesitate to recommend raytech to friends.

Planned to tint my old car today (wira sedan) since temperatures in kl is totally unbearable.. reached kuchai lama shop around 4pm prior to sms-ing sean earlier and tinting was completed by 6pm. Workmanship looks good.

I'm one satisfy RayTech customer. Firstly i'd like to compliment Sean for his effort, secondly RayTech Glenmarie branch for providing such good service and real quality tint. Here are some indoor and under the sun light photos of my MYVI with RayTech Ex-series Pearl Grey tinting. Went for slightly better tinting because the IRR/heat resistance is much much better. Went to the kuchai lama branch yesterday. Leave my car and went out. 45 minutes later receive call to pick up my car. Very fast service. The tinting looks very good on my car. The workmanship is very good too. No bubbles and everything. Very highly recommended. The price is also very affordable. Will definately recommend my frens to go there and tint their cars. My car is less hot now.

Went for the RM180 package for my dad's old car. 50% heat reduction. Took the black color tint. Excellent job, free sun visor and the number plate sandblasting...5 years warranty for the whole car from a reputable brand with several branches. Did this at the Kuchai Lama branch. Excellent la!

Just got my Vios today. Went to get my tint done in the Melaka branch, completed in about 2 hours. Took the RM950 package, 75% heat reduction security film, took blue color. 7 years warranty, and oh...including the freebies (sunvisor and number plate sandblasting). Very happy...

And the thread starter is an excellent seller...arranged everything, called to remind the appointment, and called after the installation to ask about the satisfaction level...friendly guy!

Tinted around 2 weeks ago at Kuchai Lama Raytech Branch, so far so good, my car now less heat and with some cool reflection on glass.

Promotion price for my alza was RM280 due to MPV size. Up-sale by the lady called Rachel aka Ying to better IRR 65%, total damage RM500 

For the process, I just left my car there due to working and collected it after 2 hours.

Satisfied for the product, workmanship and the sticker they put on each button to remind u not to wind down the screen, BUT one thing I dun like, they didn't clean your car after tinting, which left many dirty marks on seats and footnotes on car boot. I didn't check on those because it was raining that time and sky started to turn dark.

Sean is very caring and responsible, he will keep follow up with me and I believe he is an agent?  so REMEMBER must nego the price with him because you will get a better price than negotiating with the branch.

Get tinted on last Saturday, it make me change my mind when 1st thinking is go there and take the lowest range RM180. But after had a test on the high range of tint, change my mind to choose the RM380 is becoz i want tint 1 time and not going to tint the 2nd time, so i think is better choose a high 1. But till now i also not sure what is the name of type for RM380. Sean is so good, call me many time to confirm the time n place and also suggest the good branch, (Bangi) But is still abit far from Puchong. The guy who serve me i think is call Thomas, he not bad can talk till i change mind,haha. But the think i not like is, I go 1st, and other 2 customer also come in, then their car been tinted 1st, and mine are left there and wait. I wait there about 1 n half hour my car oni start been tint.Total I reach there 3pm, then I left about 6pm. Yes, saturday is many ppl there. I just dun understand y their car tint 1st n not mine. coz im the 1st who reach there n hav a appointment too.  Mayb this need to tell them to improve. Anyway, It still ok, as long as not as hot as last time havent tint. Thank

Got my car tinted on Monday and the workmanship is very good. They really take their time to apply the tint.

However, if your car has previous tinting still on, be prepared to wait a bit longer as they have to remove the tint and clean the glass. I came at 1.30pm and left at 5.30pm. But they are DVD movies to watch at the SS2 branch so the waiting isn't tht boring.

When i go there, the girl asked me who helped me book the time and i was like  blank cos i forget his name... then the girl said issit Sean? then i just    then i sms TS to ask his name only noe his name...

Overall the tinting still cant be tested cos after tinting, the weather was not very hot...

Nicely done,flawless, and they even re-tint one of the windscreen when they spotted some dust inside while i cant even see it. Thumbs up for them !Did improved alot when driving under hot sun.

Emm... just got my new kancil (ops .. actually a 3rd hand car liao) tinted with the classic series yesterday. Very satisfied with the job done.
However, no chance to test the 'power' yet.  cause collect the car at evening and it was heavily raining

Tinted my windscreen only at ss2 branch as previously I had Raytech tints installed at the sides and rear already. The sifus there all no smiles one.. maybe morning blues... haha.. paid RM100 for 60% heat reduction on the front windscreen.. took 2 hours for the whole process... 8/10 for customer service and work quality I would say. Nevertheless, still a most recommended tinting service provider around... will return again if there are any needs next time..  

tinted my wira at glenmarie branch last sunday. customer service, work quality pon bagus there. walaupun i terus pergi kedai je tanpa appointment, tapi dengan pertolongan sean, dapat jugak tinted. tapi, better buat appointment dulu dengan sean. nanti dia susah nak call2. haha. boss mmg friendly. so boleh tanya apa suggestion mereka.
