Hi, would lk to ask if currently my car got a tint on it... but it's still look transparent and the heat reduction is not really that good... got any recommendation if i don plan to remove the previous tint n re-tint second layer?

my car is mazda 2 hatchback. how much is it? maybe prefer some moderate reflection on the windows.
