I am glad with how the team looks like now.
Arsenal will win something, if not everything.

Bendtner is really stupid with his injury. I don't think he will get to play at all unless as a sub or Chamakh get an injury.

For an asian, he is certainly a tall dude. Can't say him to be a C.Ronaldo or whatever now or give him lots of pressure/expectation. He might ended up as Reyes or may not even pass the bench.
Still so young, big future ahead of him club or country wise. |

Vermaelen knock opens door for Squillaci
By Richard Clarke Sebastien Squillaci will make his Arsenal debut against Bolton on Saturday after Thomas Vermaelen picked up an Achilles injury on international duty. The latter centre back captained Belgium in their defeats to Germany and Turkey over the weekend but came back with a short-term problem. However, while Vermaelen was playing in Istanbul on Tuesday night, Squillaci was featuring in his first game in an Arsenal shirt as the Reserves beat Blackburn 4-3 at Barnet. At his press conference on Friday, Wenger confirmed the French international would make his first-team bow at Emirates Stadium this weekend. "He will play tomorrow," said the manager. "I know Sebastien very well and the target was to give him 90 minutes for the Reserves. Just to get his positional play back. "He is experienced and it is good he can compensate the absence of Vermaelen tomorrow. "Vermaelen's [injury] should be short-term and has a chance to play on Wednesday night." Wenger also confirmed that Samir Nasri will return after knee surgery. "Nasri is back in the squad, which is quicker than expected," said the manager. "It is not often you can give this kind of news. We are happy he is back." Theo Walcott and Robin van Persie both have ankle injuries which will sideline them for four to six weeks. Nicklas Bendtner (groin) will be out for a further three or four weeks. Aaron Ramsey (broken leg) is on course to return in November. arsenal.com Ban all arsenal players from international matches please |

Rather than be happy with the winning game, I'll be sad with the fans instead.
Ya Arshavin gets lots of offside but there must be a reason why the ball always head towards him instead yeah? There must be a reason why he keep getting the ball instead. He is definitely a different Arshavin all together already and not the old one where he won't last for 90 minutes just like previous season. Fabregas have a good game today but hope to see him score today. And to concede 1 goal is consider pretty good already considering Arsenal is the only big four to have 2 new CB playing together. |

3 of October will probably be our big big match which is against Chelsea in BPL.
I really hope RvP, Walcott, Nasri all will be fit to play by then. Very crucial game seeing this is finally our year and it seems every team Chelsea played now are just too easy for them. |

For me the one who took most attention will be Gibbs. He was solid throughout the game and for such a young player, he will push Clichy all the way this season and definitely by next season he might be the first 11 already.
